Rotary Club World Polio Appeal
Ruthin School joins several other prominent buildings in Ruthin and its surrounding towns, to become bathed in purple light in support of the Rotary World Polio Appeal.
The colour purple represents the colour of the dye placed on a child’s finger to show they have been immunised against the disease.
Ruthin Rotary Club has joined thousands of other Rotary clubs around the world in supporting World Polio Day on October 24 and the week after.
