Remembrance Service

On 11th November, staff and students of Ruthin School gathered for the annual Remembrance Service. This began with an address by the Headmaster, followed by readings from the Head Boy, Javid, the Head Girl, Ellie, and prefect Matt. The names of Ruthin students who had given their lives in the two World Wars were read out and, following the Last Post, the two-minute silence was held. The service concluded with the hymn, ‘I vow to thee, my country’.
