The Sixth Form develops an identity and an excellent spirit develops.
The Sixth Form develops an identity and an excellent spirit develops. They make good use of their social area.
A number of evening activities are organised by the pupils with support from the senior staff. Popular events include an Indian meal at which staff and pupils socialise, ten pin bowling, cinema visits – with the inevitable post-show pizza, summer BBQs and meals out at local restaurants.
The Sixth Form also take a leading role in raising money for charity. As a group they have sponsored the education of a child in Uganda through the work of Action Aid. To this end, car washes, busking, and ‘home clothes days’ have all contributed to raise funds.
For many, the highlight of the year is the Summer Ball. Sixth Formers, Parents, Staff, and friends of the School enjoy a splendid evening.
