Cambridge University Talk
On Friday 17th September, Ruthin School was pleased to welcome Chloe, a 3rd year Psychology undergraduate student at Newnham College, Cambridge to give a talk to some of our Upper Six students. She spoke of her own experiences of the application and interview process, and gave an insight in to what it is actually like to be a student at Cambridge University. She also conveyed the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and taking care of mental health when the academic pressure is so often intense, outlining how much support there is for Cambridge students. There were a great many questions at the end, showing how valuable an opportunity the students found this talk to be. Our sincere thanks to Chloe for giving up her time.
