Music
Ruthin School offers a variety of individual music lessons.
An increasing number of pupils undertake individual instrumental lessons in a wide range of instruments, oboe, saxophone, piano, violin, drums, guitar, a number achieving Grade 8 level in their chosen instrument. Musicians are prepared for examinations set by the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music and The Guildhall School of Music.
Pupils enjoy singing in the school choirs as well as taking part in school orchestras and bands.
