Council of Management

The Council of Management are trustees of Ruthin School.

The Council of Management members, as charity trustees of Ruthin School Charity Ltd., are responsible for the overall control and management of Ruthin School and meet at least four times a year. The work of implementing its policies is mostly carried out by members of the Education, HR and Business and Governance (including Finance) committees. Each committee meets prior to each meeting of the full Council of Management.

The day-to-day running of the School is delegated to the Principal (John S Rowlands) and Vice-Principal (Toby J Belfield).
